Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests arriving via all forms of transportation
- assist Door and Bell staff with loading and unloading guest vehicles
- sign out and operate all necessary equipment such as radios, earpieces, and clickers and ensure their return at the end of each shift
- attend daily pre-shift meetings
- give general directions and information for Broadmoor and Colorado Springs area
- assist with removal of snow in guest service areas and placement of ice melt when necessary
- direct guests to off-property attractions, restaurants, zoo, stables, or airport, and assist in arranging transportation
- ensure important information and details are passed along to the next shift
- ensure that work area is always kept clean of trash and that lobby access doors to the hotel are opened for guests
- complete all tasks on the opening and closing duties list
- maintain confidentiality of any guest information
- immediately report any accidents or damage to vehicles or property to Supervisor and Loss Prevention
- ensure effective communication with Door Attendant, Key Control, and managers
- check out with supervisor at end of shift
- uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- other duties as assigned
