Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work specified hours including Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 5:00 pm on a PRN (as needed) basis
- Capability to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily including visual acuity and communication skills
- Physical ability to assist patients with limited mobility
- Commitment to confidentiality and upholding organizational values
- Compliance with safety principles, laws, and regulations
- Ability to report incidents and interact professionally with security personnel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Capability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations
Job Duties
- Greet and direct patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization
- Operate guest's vehicle in a safe manner and ensure the vehicle is locked after parking it in the designated area
- Keep the front clear of vehicles by preventing any long-term parking and keep count of cars parked in designated valet areas
- Prepare valet parking reports daily and log any incidents that occur
- Keep supervisor informed of needs, problems, and activities
- Report parking violations to the security officer and alert security to any crimes or vandalism acts involving vehicles
- Physically assist those exiting from their vehicle if they need it due to limited mobility
- Determine urgency of situations, calm patients if necessary, and make appropriate referrals
