Job Duties

  • Greets and directs patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization
  • Operates guest's vehicle in a safe manner and makes sure the vehicle is locked after parking it in the designated area
  • Keeps the front clear of vehicles by not allowing any long-term parking for any reason and keeps count of cars parked in designated valet areas
  • Prepares valet parking reports daily and logs incidents that occur
  • Keeps supervisor informed of needs, problems, and activities
  • Report parking violations to the security officer
  • Alerts security to any crimes or act of vandalism that may occur to vehicles
  • Physically assist those exiting from their vehicle if they need it due to limited mobility
  • Determines urgency of situations, calms patients if necessary and makes appropriate referrals
