Job Duties

  • Greet and direct patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization
  • Operate guest's vehicle in a safe manner and ensure the vehicle is locked after parking it in the designated area
  • Keep the front clear of vehicles by not allowing any long-term parking for any reason and maintain count of cars in designated valet areas
  • Prepare valet parking reports daily and log incidents that occur
  • Keep supervisor informed of needs, problems, and activities
  • Report parking violations to the security officer and alert security to any crimes or act of vandalism that may occur to vehicles
  • Physically assist those exiting from their vehicle if they need it due to limited mobility
  • Determine urgency of situations, calm patients if necessary, and make appropriate referrals
