Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid and in-state driver license
  • must be insurable by Regional One Health insurance carrier
  • minimum 1 year related experience required
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain professional and courteous behavior
  • physical ability to meet job demands

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid and in-state driver license required
  • must be insurable by Regional One Health insurance carrier
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • prior experience as a valet preferred
  • prior experience in parking industry or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safe and appropriate operation of customer vehicles
  • issue and track tickets for customer vehicles
  • maintain a positive image and conduct business in a professional and customer-friendly manner
  • complete required departmental reports including daily station reports
  • ensure charges and validations are recorded correctly and reports are turned in at end of shift
  • greet all customers upon arrival and open vehicle doors
  • maintain positive employee and staff relationships
  • direct traffic when necessary
  • prepare proactively for high volume arrivals and departures to ensure timely service and vehicle flow
  • assist customers and staff with general inquiries about parking and directions
  • provide efficient and courteous service
  • track tickets and keys
  • take pictures and annotate vehicle condition upon receipt and return
  • request cars for customers
  • hand out and post tickets
  • answer telephone calls
  • request and collect relevant fees as needed to assist cashier
  • assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against ticket distribution
  • maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • provide coverage for relief and absences
  • demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
