Job Duties
- Park and retrieve client vehicles
- offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- greet each client and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle
- ensure clients loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to clients concerns
- complete video walkaround before vehicle leaves service drive
- meet grooming standards
- proper uniform attire
- practice safe driving skills
- report all incidents immediately to supervisor
- keep valet area neat and clean
- adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- team player
- ability to multi task
- an eye for detail
- able to work without supervision
- able to cope with the physical demands of the job
- move with a sense of urgency and respond quickly
