Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
  • Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or a service ramp
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisors

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills
  • Prior experience in staffing and scheduling
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with safety and risk management practices

Job Duties

  • Oversee the overall financial, operational, safety, and guest service performance of the valet operation at the hotel
  • Manage, plan, schedule, and direct the activities of the assistant valet manager, ramp supervisors, valet attendants, cashiers, and overnight team
  • Ensure consistent 24/7 operational coverage, including weekend availability to support peak periods and key service times
  • Implement and maintain high service and safety standards aligned with client and property expectations
  • Champion exceptional guest service by leading a team that delivers prompt, professional, and courteous service at every interaction
  • Act as the primary liaison with hotel leadership and clients to ensure alignment on service goals, guest satisfaction, and performance metrics
  • Manage the financial performance of the valet operation, including budget planning, revenue optimization, and expense control
