Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • ability to work in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke
  • position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a full-service hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership role
  • previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • ability to manage staffing schedules and operational workflow
  • strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of valet, bell, and transportation departments
  • supervise staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels based on occupancy, events, and operational demand
  • lead or oversee pre-shift meetings to review expectations, VIP arrivals, events, and occupancy levels
  • monitor traffic flow and vehicle staging to ensure efficiency and safety
  • ensure proper vehicle handling, key control, ticket tracking, and documentation procedures
  • conduct vehicle damage inspections and review incident reports when necessary
  • train, coach, and mentor supervisors and valet team members
