Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to work in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke
- position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a full-service hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership role
- previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to manage staffing schedules and operational workflow
- strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of valet, bell, and transportation departments
- supervise staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels based on occupancy, events, and operational demand
- lead or oversee pre-shift meetings to review expectations, VIP arrivals, events, and occupancy levels
- monitor traffic flow and vehicle staging to ensure efficiency and safety
- ensure proper vehicle handling, key control, ticket tracking, and documentation procedures
- conduct vehicle damage inspections and review incident reports when necessary
- train, coach, and mentor supervisors and valet team members
