Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in valet or guest services
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with luxury and exotic vehicles
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and enter/exit vehicles frequently
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to work peak occupancy periods and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of valet or guest services experience, including supervisory or management experience
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling luxury, exotic, and high-value vehicles
  • Knowledge of Forbes or AAA Five-Diamond service standards
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver a world-class arrival and departure experience aligned with 5-star luxury standards
  • Greet VIPs, repeat guests, and special-needs guests with personalized service
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations whenever possible
  • Maintain a polished curbside presence reflecting the hotel's brand and luxury image
  • Oversee daily valet operations, including staffing, vehicle flow, and parking logistics
  • Ensure safe handling, parking, and retrieval of guest vehicles, including luxury and exotic automobiles
  • Monitor curbside traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure guest safety
