Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in valet or parking management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 45+ hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Proficient in budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and safety standards
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff
- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Previous experience working with clients such as hotels is preferred.
Job Duties
- Ensure a high level of guest service is delivered at all times
- Maintain adequate staffing levels for the site while balancing scheduling and payroll to stay within proposed budget
- Support the valet operation as needed/requested by filling in schedule gaps and responding to call offs and schedule changes
- Maintain a general understanding of the parking garage(s) operation outside of Valet to ensure the continued success of the assigned account(s)
- Maintain processes to ensure the quality of the House Car(s)
- P&L management and execution against budget
- Reporting and documentation as required by each account, client and company executives
- Procurement of all supplies needed for operations through company expense procedures
- Communicate with Hotel Sales teams, Owners, Managers and Executives of Companies to plan/implement events on location
- Execution of marketing plans, implementation and maintenance of revenue control procedures and analysis
- Assist Project Manager with employee recruiting, training, development, accountability, safety, and well-being
- Compliance with all laws, rules, policies, and safety-standards
- Identify and source new business opportunities
- Support and positively contribute to company’s Mission, Values, and culture
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
