Job Duties
- Completes pickup and delivery services in a safe and timely manner
- Maintains a high level of product knowledge and interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions
- Ensures courtesy vehicles are kept clean and fueled between customer uses
- Communicates damage and needed maintenance to management
- Assists the Sales Department with the vehicle lot display as directed
- Directs customers to the right departments or personnel
