Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- One year of experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle
- Provide courteous and attentive customer service assisting guests with their belongings offering information and creating a positive and welcoming experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles noting any special requests and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval
- Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services
