- Valid Michigan driver's license
- ability to operate various motor vehicles including manual transmission
- ability to perform basic math functions
- excellent communication skills
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to withstand various temperature changes and high-frequency noises
- ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
- ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Parks guests cars upon arrival
- retrieves guests cars upon departure
- answers any questions upon arrival
- provides the highest level of guest service
- maintains thorough knowledge of the property
