Job Duties
- Provide personalized guest service and assist with guest needs upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas in accordance with resort standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Promote resort amenities including hotel, golf, and spa services to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to safety and compliance policies to maintain a safe environment
- Assist in organizing and supporting resort events and activities
