Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas in accordance with resort standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Promote resort amenities including hotel, golf, and spa services to enhance guest experience
  • Adhere to safety and compliance policies to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist in organizing and supporting resort events and activities
