Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Ability to stand for entire shift and meet physical demands including lifting up to 20 pounds and carrying 10 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability
- Successfully pass background and driving record checks
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a proper manner
- Communicate and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Open car and hotel doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
- Offer information on hotel services, local points of interest and entertainment
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets properly and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance following company standards
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure guest and vehicle security
- Report accidents or incidents promptly to supervisors
- Perform routine valet area and equipment inspections
- Maintain a positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and a genuine desire to assist guests
