Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 100% of shift and meet physical requirements
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass background and driving record check
- Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds

- Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a proper manner
- Communicate and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Open car and hotel doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
- Offer information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow safety protocols to ensure security of guests and vehicles
- Report accidents or incidents promptly
- Perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
- Exhibit a positive attitude and passion for service
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Go above and beyond to assist guests
