Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner
- Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests
- Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
- Offer information about services and facilities of the hotel and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure security of guests and vehicles
- Report any accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Maintain a positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Reflect a professional appearance adhering to company standards
- Go above and beyond to assist guests and exceed their expectations
