- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- ability to stand 100% of the shift
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
- ability to carry up to 10 pounds
- flexible schedule based on business needs
- pass a background and driving record check
- previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a proper manner
- explain prices and car retrieval procedures clearly to guests
- open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
- provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest
- assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- fill out valet tickets properly and conduct vehicle damage checks
- retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- ensure valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- work closely with hotel staff for smooth guest arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- support team members during busy periods or special events
- follow safety protocols to ensure security of guests and vehicles
- report accidents or incidents immediately
- perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
- adopt a positive attitude with passion for exceptional service
- maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- provide assistance going above and beyond guest expectations
