Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- good driving record
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, and walk with objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance
- ability to squat, kneel, stoop, bend, crouch, and reach above shoulder level occasionally
- good hearing and vision
- willingness to maintain positive customer interactions
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Parks and retrieves guests' vehicles in a safe manner to and from designated parking areas
- welcomes and greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner
- ensures that the roads and driving areas are never blocked, requesting assistance from security if needed
- maintains a positive attitude when dealing with all external and internal customers
- coordinates with security personnel to manage traffic flow
- assists with handling and moving equipment as needed
- ensures compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies
