Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Maintain a good driving record
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to sit for up to four hours per shift
- Ability to engage in physical activities including squatting, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level
- Hearing and vision adequate for normal conversation and vehicle operation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to work collaboratively with security and other staff

- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Parks and retrieves guests' vehicles in a safe manner to and from designated parking areas
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner
- Ensures that the roads and driving areas are never blocked, requesting assistance from security if needed
- Maintains clear communication with security and other staff to facilitate effective traffic flow
- Adheres to all safety protocols and organizational policies regarding vehicle handling
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude at all times
- Assists with light physical tasks including lifting and moving items as necessary
