Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license for applicable state
  • At least one month of related experience or training
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Ability to understand and apply time and rate calculations
  • Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Physical ability to perform required duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends and evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and correspondence
  • Strong communication skills for effective one-on-one and small group interactions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with units of American money
  • Ability to understand and interpret 24-hour and military time systems
  • Proficiency in rates applicable to elapsed time
  • Manual transmission operation highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
  • Greet and acknowledge guests within five feet using professional and friendly demeanor
  • Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously while assisting guests with bell services and luggage
  • Provide guests with directions, taxi information, reservations, and details on amenities and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks securely, and maintain accurate ticket information including damage surveys and key tags
