Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One month related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple English
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to understand parking rates and time systems
- Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to understand and operate with 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
- Greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly manner
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
- Provide information and assistance regarding hotel amenities, directions, taxis, and reservations
- Issue claim checks and process parking charges accurately
- Deliver messages, items, and shuttle guests to approved locations
