Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or commutable distance
- one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with 10s and 100s using American money
- ability to understand 24-hour and military time
- ability to understand parking rates
- ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license for the applicable state or commutable distance
- one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- ability to read, write and comprehend standard English
- ability to present information effectively to guests and colleagues
- ability to perform basic arithmetic with units of American money
- understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- ability to understand applicable parking rates
- ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable
Job Duties
- maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor
- parks and retrieves vehicles safely and cautiously
- assists guests with bell services and luggage storage
- opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- provides guests with directions, taxi services, reservations and other inquiries
- explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- issues and collects claim checks upon vehicle receipt and delivery
- completes and maintains all ticket information including key tags, guest folios, location of vehicles, damage surveys, and claim check receipts
- calculates and collects revenue when needed
- delivers messages, items and guest amenities
- shuttles guests to approved locations
