Job Requirements

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or commutable distance
  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to read and write in English
  • ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions
  • ability to perform basic arithmetic involving money
  • physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
  • willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts as required
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
  • knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • math skills to perform operations using American money
  • understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
  • ability to perform parallel parking
  • ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Greet and acknowledge guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
  • assist guests with luggage delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
  • provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions
  • explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval procedures to guests
  • collect claim checks and maintain accurate ticket and payment records
  • shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
