Job Requirements

Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or commutable distance
high school diploma or GED
ability to read and write in English
ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions
ability to perform basic arithmetic involving money
physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts as required
good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
knowledge of customer and personal service principles
ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
math skills to perform operations using American money
understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
ability to perform parallel parking
ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Duties

Greet and acknowledge guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
assist guests with luggage delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions
explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval procedures to guests
collect claim checks and maintain accurate ticket and payment records
shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
