Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school or GED required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well with others
- Professional appearance
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and fast-paced settings
- Ability to run on level surfaces and navigate ramps and stairs
- Ability to drive passenger vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions safely
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Previous valet parking experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express oneself clearly and professionally
- Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team
- Well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility with scheduling
Job Duties
- Receive vehicles from guests and issue parking tickets
- Park vehicles in designated areas and hand over keys and tickets to Valet Booth Attendants for filing
- Retrieve vehicles upon guest request and return keys promptly
- Ensure safe and cautious handling of guests' vehicles at all times
- Provide friendly and engaging service in accordance with AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes 5 Star standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and be a role model for other employees
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and comply with departmental and company policies
