Job Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Good physical condition

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately with a warm hospitable smile and welcome using a clear and courteous speaking voice
- Retrieve guest items from cars, buses, vans and carts
- Grasp, lift, carry and/or load luggage and packages onto a bell cart to transport items inside the hotel
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries regarding hotel features, services and assistance
- Provide clear and understandable direction to hotel facilities, restaurants, lounges and nearby attractions from the valet podium
- Cover duties of doorpost, key coordinator or driver response to customer/hotel needs
- Clean, sanitize, and polish bell carts and other department equipment
- Maintain a clean front drive area
- Clearly communicate guest parking procedures, applicable cost to arriving guests, valet retrieval procedures and issue proper valet tickets
- Perform valet services including issuing and completing valet tickets, performing vehicle damage surveys, and using valet parking technology
- Perform inventory on valet cars and adjust key boards to reflect current vehicles in garages
- Initiate requests to taxi cab companies upon request by phone or curbside
- Answer phones and provide information as needed
- Assist Guest Services based on business demands
- Navigate bell carts through public areas, guest room corridors, and elevators
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
