Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work first and second shifts on weekdays
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet and use guest last names
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage handling and bell services
- Provide directions, transportation arrangements, and facility information
- Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and manage parking ticket information
- Collect payment and maintain accurate records for valet services
