Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- ability to operate mechanical systems safely

- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- acknowledges, greets, and welcomes residents and visitors to the property
- responsibly and safely parks and retrieves resident and visitor vehicles
- assesses and documents any vehicle damage before taking the vehicle
- immediately reports any damage caused during parking and retrieval
- follows property procedures for recording vehicle locations and storing keys
- operates mechanical lift system and vehicle elevators
- assists residents and visitors with directions and inquiries
