Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors to the property
- Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles complying with applicable traffic laws
- Assess and document vehicle damage before parking and report any new damage immediately
- Follow property procedures for recording parking space locations and securing vehicle keys
- Operate mechanical lift system and vehicle elevators safely and report malfunctions
- Assist residents and visitors with directions and inquiries
