Job Requirements

- Experience in valet parking or related customer service roles preferred
- Ability to operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document and report vehicle conditions accurately
- Knowledge of traffic and motor vehicle safety regulations
- Customer service orientation with friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors and support the property's overall resident satisfaction goals and priorities
- Acknowledge, greet and welcome residents and visitors to the property using appropriate protocols, answer questions related to the valet services offered and provide directions when requested
- Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles, complying with all applicable traffic and motor vehicle safety and operating laws
- Assess and document any vehicle damage before taking any vehicle and immediately report any damage caused during parking and retrieval
- Follow the property's process and procedures for recording the location of parked vehicles and for storing and securing vehicle keys, confirm and match claim ticket with corresponding vehicle when retrieving vehicles
- Operate the mechanical lift system and vehicle elevators by following safety procedures and report any malfunction or operating issues to supervisor
- Assist residents and visitors with directions and other inquiries or refer them to appropriate sources for responding to questions
