Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles and mechanical lift systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license
  • Prior experience in valet parking or related customer service roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely
  • Attention to detail for handling and documenting vehicle condition
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of traffic and motor vehicle safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors and support the property's overall resident satisfaction goals
  • Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors using appropriate protocols, answer questions related to valet services and provide directions when requested
  • Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles, complying with all applicable traffic and motor vehicle safety laws
  • Assess and document any vehicle damage before taking vehicles and immediately report any damage caused during parking and retrieval
  • Follow property processes for recording vehicle parking locations and storing and securing keys
  • Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely and report any malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
  • Assist residents and visitors with directions and inquiries, referring them to appropriate sources as necessary
