Job Requirements
- Entry-level experience related to valet services
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work night shifts from 10 pm to 6:30 am
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with residents and visitors
- Ability to safely operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators
- Ability to document and report vehicle damage accurately
- Ability to follow property processes for key storage and vehicle tracking
- Availability to work Monday and Tuesday off schedule
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to operate mechanical lifts and vehicle elevators
- Attention to detail for assessing vehicle conditions
- Ability to follow company safety and operational procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors using appropriate protocols
- Answer questions related to valet services and provide directions when requested
- Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles adhering to all traffic and safety laws
- Assess and document vehicle damage before taking vehicles and report any damage occurring during parking
- Participate in addressing insurance claims related to vehicle damage caused by valet services
- Follow processes for recording vehicle parking locations and storing keys securely
- Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors
- Assist residents and visitors with inquiries or refer them to appropriate sources
