Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Entry-level experience relatable to valet services required
  • Ability to operate mechanical lifts and vehicle elevators
  • Capacity to maintain pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to assess and document vehicle condition
  • Availability to work 11am to 7pm with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
  • Compliance with traffic and motor vehicle safety laws

  • Entry-level experience relatable to valet or customer service
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
  • Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors to the property and answer questions related to valet services
  • Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles complying with all applicable safety laws
  • Assess and document any vehicle damage before parking or retrieval and immediately report any damage caused
  • Follow property procedures for recording parking locations and securing vehicle keys
  • Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely and report any malfunctions
  • Assist residents and visitors with directions and inquiries or refer them to appropriate sources
