Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Entry-level experience relatable to valet services required
- Ability to operate mechanical lifts and vehicle elevators
- Capacity to maintain pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to assess and document vehicle condition
- Availability to work 11am to 7pm with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
- Compliance with traffic and motor vehicle safety laws

Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors to the property and answer questions related to valet services
- Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles complying with all applicable safety laws
- Assess and document any vehicle damage before parking or retrieval and immediately report any damage caused
- Follow property procedures for recording parking locations and securing vehicle keys
- Operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators safely and report any malfunctions
- Assist residents and visitors with directions and inquiries or refer them to appropriate sources
