Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome hotel guests and visitors upon arrival with a friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Assist guests in entering and exiting their vehicles, helping with their luggage when necessary
  • Safely drive and park guests' vehicles in designated areas adhering to safety and parking regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet stand
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests about hotel services and local attractions
  • Monitor and manage vehicle flow at the hotel entrance to maintain order and guest safety
  • Keep track of vehicle keys and maintain an organized storage system
  • Maintain familiarity with various vehicle types to handle them with care
  • Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and retrieve them promptly
  • Assist in coordinating with hotel staff and other valet drivers for efficient operations
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and traffic regulations
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues of vehicles
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow the hotel dress code
  • Provide assistance to guests in emergencies, including jump-starting vehicles or basic first aid
  • Collaborate with the front desk to fulfill guest requests promptly
