Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • clean driving record to pass MVR check
  • energetic, responsible and dependable self-starter
  • previous parking experience desired
  • ability to drive manual transmission preferred
  • availability for weekday shifts at Emergency Department and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • must provide valid documentation if hired

Job Qualifications

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • current address
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to drive manual transmission is a plus
  • availability to work special shifts including weekends
  • proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally
  • ability to read, write, add, subtract US currency
  • ability to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • ability to adapt to changes and unexpected events calmly

Job Duties

  • Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently
  • find new ways to solve problems
  • communicate proactively with clients
  • inspect every vehicle before parking
  • note all vehicle findings
  • explain valet rates to customers
  • observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations
  • know major streets, landmarks, and freeways
  • maintain clean uniform and punctuality
  • remain in complete uniform throughout the shift
  • assist management with additional duties
