Job Duties
- Greet all guests immediately with a warm, genuine smile and courteous speaking voice
- Provide prompt assistance retrieving guest items from cars, buses, vans, and carts
- Offer clear directions and information about hotel facilities, restaurants, lounges, and nearby attractions
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding hotel features and services
- Safely grasp, lift, carry, and load luggage and packages onto bell carts, transport items throughout the hotel
- Navigate bell carts through public areas, guest corridors, and elevators with care
- Issue and complete valet tickets, perform vehicle damage surveys, and utilize valet parking technology
- Clearly communicate parking procedures, valet costs, and retrieval processes, issue proper valet tickets
- Perform inventory on valet vehicles and maintain accurate key board organization
- Cover duties for doorpost, key coordinator, or driver as needed
- Answer phones and provide information as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of bell carts, equipment, and the front drive area
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
