Job Duties

Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses
Supply directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, schedules, and local points of interest
Monitor and maintain security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and report any risks or security issues to management
Maintain security of vehicles and keys
Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
Follow company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
