Job Requirements
- A valid state driver's license current address and acceptable driving record
- ability to safely drive vehicle with manual transmission is a plus
- availability to work special shifts including 2nd 3rd shift and/or weekends
- proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- ability to provide accurate information and respond professionally to customer complaints
- ability to read write add and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions emails and memos
- ability to follow instructions and adapt calmly to changes delays and unexpected events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- familiarity with local geography
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- adaptable to shift changes and unexpected situations
- ability to safely operate manual transmission vehicle is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently
- inspect every vehicle before safely parking it noting all findings
- explain valet rates to customers
- observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
- report accidents safety hazards unusual occurrences and policy violations to management
- know the area's major streets landmarks and freeways
- come to work in clean uniform on time and ready to work
- remain in complete uniform during shift
- assist management with additional duties as assigned
