- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of driving experience
- Valid motor vehicle license with minimal violations
- CDL required for vans with more than 16 passenger capacity
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Drive incoming and departing hotel guests to hotel, airport, shopping center, and miscellaneous destinations and assist guests with luggage
- Attend and participate in monthly front desk meetings
- Inspect van to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate
- Explain features of van such as operation of radio, television, telephone, etc.
- Offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions
- Page guests in lobby, dining rooms or other parts of property, deliver messages and run errands
- Maintain courtesy van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling
- Raise, lower, and ensure proper handling of American flag
- Maintain lobby in a clean and tidy manner including ashtrays, trash, seating areas, front doors, floors
- Maintain the front porte-cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, hosing off sidewalks
