Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Responsible driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred
- Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
- Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold
- Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Customer service skills
- Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers
- Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client
- High standard of integrity
- Reliable and responsible
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions
- Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
- Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
- Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts
- Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group
- Report to work in proper uniform
- Other responsibilities as needed
