Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Responsible driving record
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred
  • Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
  • Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold
  • Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers
  • Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client
  • High standard of integrity
  • Reliable and responsible

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions
  • Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
  • Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
  • Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
  • Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts
  • Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group
  • Report to work in proper uniform
  • Other responsibilities as needed
