Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age requirement as per state law
- Valid state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission (optional but preferred)
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States
- Availability for flexible shift schedules including weekends
- Physically able to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing work conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Availability to work special shifts including evenings and weekends
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer concerns professionally
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills including reading, writing, adding, and subtracting US currency
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes and unexpected events
Job Duties
- Ensure every moment matters for clients by resolving requests and concerns efficiently
- Inspect vehicles before parking and note any findings
- Explain valet rates clearly to customers
- Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management
- Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area
- Wear a clean uniform punctually for every scheduled shift
- Remain in complete uniform throughout shifts
- Assist management with additional assigned duties
