Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age to drive golf carts
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle
- Ability to be insured by UW Health’s Risk Management insurer which requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, successfully passing a driver’s background check, and two years of driving experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of driving and parking vehicles experience preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age to drive golf carts
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle
- Ability to be insured by UW Health’s Risk Management insurer
Job Duties
- Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health
- Initiate the parking transaction by approaching the vehicle, greeting patients/visitors, and explaining services
- Pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle and transport them in one of our UW Health golf carts
- Manage and record valet parking transactions
- Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with wayfinding
