Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle
- Ability to be insured by UW Health’s Risk Management insurer, which requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, successfully passing a driver’s background check, and two years of driving experience
- Ability to work full-time from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with flexibility based on operational needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience (preferred)
- One year of experience with driving and parking vehicles (preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle
- Ability to be insured by UW Health’s Risk Management insurer
Job Duties
- Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health
- Initiate the parking transaction by approaching the vehicle, greeting patients/visitors, and explaining services
- Manage and record valet parking transactions
- Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with wayfinding
- Maintain vehicle safety and security during parking and retrieval
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving within the facility
- Support operational needs by adjusting work hours as required
