Job Duties
- Coordinate valet team schedules and assignments
- Manage communication between valet staff and management
- Ensure efficient vehicle flow and customer service during busy periods
- Monitor valet service quality and address any issues promptly
- Assist with training new valet staff
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle keys and guest information
