- previous experience in valet or hospitality services preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to multitask effectively
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- process forms of payment for goods and services including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- act as the first and final point of contact for valet services guests
- ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and efficient service
- coordinate vehicle arrival and departure logistics
- maintain clear communication with guests and team members
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- uphold resort standards in every interaction
