Job Requirements
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license from the state of employment
- Willingness to pass a math test
- Willingness to submit to drug, background, and driving record checks
- Willingness and ability to work in the (City, State) area
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move quickly to assist customers and navigate parking garage ramps
Job Qualifications
- Must know how to drive manual and automatic transmission passenger vehicles
- Possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- Ability to understand verbal instructions and act promptly
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Professional experience as a valet attendant or parking vehicles preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Job Duties
- Drive and maneuver automatic and stick shift vehicles in confined areas
- Return to work stations promptly to ensure optimal customer flow
- Handle vehicles with care and follow all safety precautions
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and complaints efficiently
- Assist customers in and out of vehicles as needed
- Report accidents, hazards, maintenance needs, or suspicious activities to management immediately
- Monitor work area for safety and security and respond to potential threats
