Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required
- Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to perform tasks mostly outdoors
- Physical ability to engage in walking, grasping, writing, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Job Duties
- Receive and communicate all vehicle pulls to the key control coordinator
- Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly
- Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled
- Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification
- Organize and communicate outside transportation
