Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- answer questions and resolve basic customer concerns promptly
- provide clear instructions to guests regarding valet procedures, pricing, and validations
- accurately process valet parking payments using cash, credit/debit cards, room charges, and hotel POS systems
- issue receipts, validate tickets, and ensure accurate transaction records
- balance cash drawers and reconcile payments at the beginning and end of shifts
- perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
- assist with daily revenue reports and event reconciliation
- scan tickets into POS and cross reference with guest information
- communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or issues
- operate front drive podium, cashier booths and portable pay stations
- manage customer lines efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- adapt to high-volume, fast-paced event environments
- coordinate with valet attendants and event staff to ensure smooth operations
- follow event-specific procedures, schedules, and protocols
- follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and security guidelines
- maintain a clean and organized work area in all assigned locations
