- process guest payments accurately and efficiently for valet services
- handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with integrity and attention to detail
- provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
- maintain clear communication with valet attendants and front desk staff
- manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- ensure compliance with Hilton Daytona Beach Resort policies and procedures
- assist with resolving guest inquiries and concerns related to valet services
