Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day
- ability to walk and perform repetitive motions
- capable of grasping, writing, bending, climbing, and other physical tasks
- good listening, hearing ability and visual acuity
- willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- maintain professionalism in guest interactions
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- previous customer service experience desired
Job Duties
- Receive and communicate all vehicle pulls to the key control coordinator
- input and control parking charges and take required parking service payments
- handle cash transactions accurately
- answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled
- ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner to guest specifications
- organize and communicate outside transportation
- maintain smooth day-to-day flow of the valet parking team and front drive activity
